Cream Cheese Frosting II

Cream Cheese Frosting II Recipe Ingredients
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, cream together the cream cheese and butter until creamy. Mix in the vanilla, then gradually stir in the confectioners' sugar. Store in the refrigerator after use.

Olive Garden's Artichoke and Spinach Recipe

1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cream Cheese
1 can 14 oz. Artichoke Hearts, drained, chopped
1/2 cup Frozen Spinach chopped
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup Romano Cheese
1 clove Garlic, finely minced
1/2 tsp. dry Basil
1/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese, grated
1/4 tsp. Garlic Salt
Dash Salt and Pepper to taste

Olive Garden's Artichoke and Spinach Dip Directions

1.Allow cream cheese to come to room temperature.
2.Cream together mayonnaise, parmesan, romano cheese, garlic, basil, and garlic salt. Mix well.
3.Add the artichoke hearts and spinach and mix until blended.
4.Store in a container and refrigerate until you are ready to use.
5.Spray pie pan with Pam, pour in dip, and top with Mozzarella cheese.
6.Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until the top is browned.
7.Serve with olive garden breadsticks!

The infamous recipe. The secret is out :-) Traditionally, you would add black olives (but I ran out) so as you'll see, I just used green. Whatever your preference is...no stress, it works either way! The "mystery" liquid ingredient that I forgot to list is just a splash of water (just to dilute things a bit b/c the Italian seasoning can be strong :-)

  • Frozen bread dough (1 loaf, thawed in bowl at room temperature)

  • Nonstick cooking spray

  • Garlic powder

  • Oregano, crushed 
    type=textOlive Garden Breadsticks Recipe Directions:
    1. When dough is soft enough to knead, spray your fingers with Pam or oil and knead just until you can shape into cigar-sized pieces (about 8 to 10).
    2.Place these 3" apart on Pam-sprayed cookie sheets.
    3.Let rise in warm place until doubled - about 1-1/2 hours. Then holding Pam about 8" from sticks, lightly spray top of each and then dust with garlic powder and oregano.
    4.Bake at 375 about 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan on rack to serve within a day or two.
    *Makes 8 Servings*
