INGREDIENTS
3 medium avocados (ripe, peeled and cubed)
juice of 1 lemon or lime
sea salt to taste
2-3 garlic cloves (peeled, chopped finely)
METHOD
Mix all ingredients, serve chilled.
Serve 4 people as side dish.
