Yeah, it’s not a fancy recipe, or a blog entry for that matter, but if I have inspired-reminded one of you to wrap it up for tonight’s dinner, then it makes it worth the effort.
Simple, delicious, quick, and with some nice side dishes you have a dinner to please anyone. I have actually first tried it when I visited my family in Serbia. It was barbequed, but the electric grill does a fine job too, until the winter releases its cold grip, and BBQ is possible without frost bites : )

There may be “formal” recipes out there, but all you need is chicken breast, salt, seasonings to please your taste buds, bacon strips, and hunger!!!
Just cut up chicken into big bite pieces, season, wrap it up with bacon, skewer and grill it. Remember to soak wooden skewers in water for about 20 min. before using them.
I have seen recipes where they stuff the whole breast with cheese or other things, and then secure with wooden picks, and grill. No matter what way you do to prepare the couple for grilling, chicken and bacon are definietly in love! http://cafechocolada.blogspot.com/search?updated-max=2008-02-26T17%3A47%3A00-05%3A00&max-results=4
